These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kravixcompany.com (the "Site") and any inquiry, communication, or interaction you have with Kravix Co. ("Kravix," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About Kravix Co.

Kravix Co. is a Pennsylvania-based luxury custom builder and remodeler (PA HIC #T001185) serving Lancaster County and western Chester County. The Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes.

2. No Contract for Services

Browsing the Site, submitting a contact form, or speaking with us does not create a contract for construction, design, or any other services. Any work performed by Kravix is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both you and Kravix. Estimates, proposals, renderings, and verbal discussions are not binding offers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or to engage Kravix for services. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Site Content & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, renderings, logos, designs, graphics, and the "Kravix Co." name and brand — is owned by Kravix Co. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, scrape, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

5. Submissions and Communications

When you submit information through a contact form, email, text message, or phone call, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You authorize us to contact you using the contact details you provide, including by phone, email, and SMS, in response to your inquiry and regarding any ongoing project. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or related systems;
• upload viruses, malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the Site;
• scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect information from the Site without our prior written consent;

Project photographs and renderings depict prior work or design concepts and do not guarantee identical results on any future project. Pricing references, timelines, and suitability for any specific property must be confirmed in a written proposal and agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kravix Co., its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kravix Co. and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kravix regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject.
